Reservation policy:

At Pahat Pahit, we are committed to offering our guests an intimate and serene tea experience. 

1. The tea salon reserves the right to change and/or move reserved tables to an appropriate seating arrangement. We will do our best to ensure the preferred seating.

2. To ensure a better tea experience, each drink is designed for 1 (one) person only. Additional pax will be required to order separate beverages. 
 
3. NO CHILDREN UNDER 12 (twelve). The tea house experience is NOT suitable for children under 12 (twelve) years of age, and our environment is NOT safe and conducive for children. We reserve the right to refuse entry to groups with children. We ask for your understanding in this matter as we strive to provide a comfortable ambience for all of our guests.

4. Your reservation is held for a MAXIMUM of 15 (fifteen) minutes. Afterwards, your reservation is given to the guests on the waiting list.

5. A la carte reservations are NOT reservations for Omakase sets. Omakase sets are only served if payment is received 24 (twenty-four) hours ahead of the scheduled appointment. 

Cancellation policy
Each reservation slot has a 90 (ninety) minutes seating duration. We kindly ask that you honour your reservation time. To ensure a comfortable seating experience for all our guests, we will ONLY HOLD your reservation for 15 (fifteen) minutes. For any unforeseen delays, kindly let us know in advance by Instagram Direct Message.
